Our principal activity is managing of financial investments. We are headquarted in Slovenia, Celje (more...). We have been incorporated as a public stock company since February 2007.

We are currently managing nine financial investments valued at approximately EUR 111 million. Georaphically speaking our investments are based in Slovenia.

Our fundamental investment management strategy is based on:

• achieving the highest possible value of company for shareholders,
• increase of our share in strategically important companies and active management,
• expansion of our investments in the areas we find profitable in the longterm.
